Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance of your session. Otherwise, I will assume that you are forfeiting your appointment.  I will email it to you. 

Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

Arriving Late/NO CALL NO SHOWS:

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time.  If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

*This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file.  However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.

I have an ABSOLUTELY NO SEXUAL CONDUCT POLICY.  It is written in all of the forms that you will fill out and sign.  Those are your warnings, if any sexual conduct happens in session, the session ENDS IMMEDIATELY and YOU will pay full price for the appointment we agreed upon.
